Business Tax Return Preparation
We prepare and file business tax returns for LLCs, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations. That means the right federal form, your Texas obligations handled, and a return built from organized records so it is accurate and filed on time. Business tax preparation starts at $499, quoted in writing before we begin.

Which returns we prepare
- Single-member LLC reported on Schedule C with your personal return, or as elected
- Multi-member LLC and partnership returns (Form 1065) with Schedule K-1s for each owner
- S corporation returns (Form 1120-S) with K-1s
- C corporation returns (Form 1120)

Who this is for
- Business owners who want the return done right and on time, without doing it themselves
- Owners whose books are organized and who want a preparer who will not have to rebuild them first
- Multi-owner businesses that need clean K-1s their owners can rely on
- Businesses that have grown past the point where a personal-return tool can handle them
A note on Texas
Texas has no state personal income tax, which is good news, but it does not mean a Texas business has nothing to file at the state level. Most LLCs, partnerships, and corporations must file a Texas franchise tax report and a public information report with the Texas Comptroller each year, even if no tax is owed. We handle federal and Texas filings together so nothing is missed.
What we need from you
- A business return is only as accurate as the records behind it. Typically we will ask for:
- Your prior year business return, if you have one
- Year-end financial statements: profit and loss, and balance sheet
- Records of business income and expenses
- Payroll reports, if you have employees
- Details of any major purchases, loans, or owner contributions and draws
- Your entity documents and EIN

Probably yes. Texas has no personal income tax, but most LLCs, partnerships, and corporations must file a Texas franchise tax report and public information report with the Comptroller each year, even when no tax is due. We handle it with your federal return.
We can, but a return built on disorganized records takes longer and can miss deductions. In most cases it is worth getting the books in order first. We can do that through our bookkeeping service and then file.
Yes. Many business owners have us prepare both. See [Individual Tax Preparation].
